Funding Options:

• You pay the full fee

• Ask your GP for a chronic condition management plan (GPCCMP)
• Gives you up to 5 sessions
• You get back up to $61.80 per session

• Check with your health fund provider before your session

• Check with your HCP provider before your session

• Available for Gold Card holders and some White Card holders

• Must have funding in:

• Capacity Building Supports → Improved Daily Living (for therapy for communication or swallowing)

• Core Supports → Assistance with Daily Life (for swallowing, meal planning, or mealtime support)

Fee Schedule:

I will always discuss, disclose and agree upon all fees and costs with you prior to your appointment.

Initial Assessment (60 mins) – $190
Comprehensive Assessment (90 mins) – $285
Extended Assessment (120 mins) – $380
(includes case history, formal/informal assessment, initial recommendations, and discussion of therapy plan)

Progress Report / Summary Letter – $95 (up to 30 mins)
Comprehensive Report (e.g., NDIS, school, medical) – $190 per hour (minimum $190)
Care Planning & Case Conferences (with other professionals) – $190 per hour

Travel time: $95.00 per hour (50% of standard rate).
Prorated for partial hours (e.g. $47.50 for 30 minutes).
Kilometre reimbursement: $1.00 per km travelled.These charges align with NDIS 2025–26 Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits

More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% Session fee applies
Non-attendance without notice: Full session fee applies.
Exceptions may apply in cases of illness or emergency.

Fees are reviewed annually.
All charges are GST-free (speech pathology is GST-exempt as a recognised allied health service).
Invoices are payable on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.
I accept payments via Tyro Health including EFTPOS/Card Payments (incl AMEX and Contacless), Medicare Easyclaim rebates, HICAPS (instant health insurance claims), and Bank Transfer via Tyro Health.
